Fragment of painting, backside after unrolling. Facing papier visible where there are no losses in the canvas. In the center of the photograph, two faint paraller lines mark the location of the original frame. The canvas was stretched on fames while being painted, but afterwards they were removed to mount it to the celling. The square canvas pathes were used to hold the frame in place.
